Sorting: Columns can be sorted by clicking on the column heading - one click sorts ascending; a second click sorts descending.

Filtering/Searching: The docket can be filtered to show only entries that include a word or words by typing the search words into the table search box at the upper right hand corner of the APScan. Each row is filterd based on the presence of a search words regardless of the order in which they appear on a row. For example "dismiss motion" will show only those rows with both "dismiss" and "motion" on the row regardless of column and regardless of order in which the words appear on the row.

Pre-Applied Filters: The purpose of APScans is to focus attention on substantive developments in related adversary proceedings.

The following filings are automatically filtered out: certificates/affidavits of service, applications and orders with respect to pro hac vice admission, notice of appearance, receipts for filing fees and other clerical matters. Additionally, notices and agendas relating to hearings that have already occurred also are filtered out.
