Any access to this web site and any use or downloading of any materials from this web site are governed by these “Terms of Use”.   Such access, use or downloading by you establishes your agreement to these Terms of Use.  If you do not agree with these Terms of Use, you must not access this web site.

We developed many of the materials on this website to provide to our clients. We are pleased to share the materials with businesses who are not our clients. We do this in the hope that this site will provide the same educational benefit to clients and non-clients alike. 1.  You must sign and fax to us an engagement letter.  We have a number of flexible billing options, including hourly, fixed fee and contingency.  Please contact us to discuss which of these options is right for you.

2.  We must have faxed or emailed back to you a copy of the engagement letter that is signed by us.

No variations from these requirements are authorized.  Unless both requirements are met, no attorney client relationship exists with Burbage and Weddell LLC or any of its attorneys.
